
Jocelyn Koukoumas
Counsellor
Jocelyn is an experienced Counsellor and Therapist with a background working in clinical mental health, in an NGO, Rehab Centre and Telehealth. She is committed to helping individuals and couples recover from distress in their lives as a result of relationship issues, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, physical issues such as gut health and other mental health concerns.
Jocelyn fuses her individual and couples work with a strengths-based approach Gottman Method Therapy, Presence Oriented Relationship Therapy (PORT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Psychoneuroimmunology.
